GroowAI Backups Privacy Policy

Purpose
GroowAI Backups is an internal operational tool used solely to create, store, retrieve, and manage encrypted database backups in Google Drive.
Google Drive access
The application requests the Google Drive
drive.file permission.
This permission allows GroowAI Backups to create and manage files created or explicitly opened by the application. It does not provide general access to all files in the user's Google Drive.
How Google user data is used
Google OAuth credentials and tokens are used only to authenticate the backup and restore process.
Google user data is used only to provide the backup and restore functionality described on this website.
Encryption and storage
Database backups are encrypted before they are uploaded to Google Drive.
OAuth credentials and tokens are stored securely and are not committed to public source code.
Sharing and advertising
Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or shared with third parties except Google Drive as necessary to provide the backup functionality.
Revoking access
Access can be revoked at any time through the user's Google Account permissions.
